Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a gasoline engine supercharger lubricating oil sealing test method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, modifying a supercharger, and additionally arranging a pressure sensor at a key part of the supercharger; secondly, an engine is operated, and the maximum oil leakage risk working conditions of the pressure end and the vortex end of the supercharger are selected; 3, under the risk working condition of the pressure end, the air filter pressure is adjusted to be one time, 1.5 times and two times of the air filter pressure drop required by the design of the supercharger, and after operation is conducted for 15 min, whether oil leaks after the pressure end is pressed or not is observed; and 4, under the turbine end risk working condition, operation is conducted for 4 hours, and shutdown is conducted every hour to check whether oil leaks in the volute and on the surface of the turbine or not.
