The pull rod locking device comprises a pre-embedded assembly, a fixed locking seat, a rotary locking piece and a positioning piece; the fixed lock spindle seat is fixedly connected with the pre-embedded assembly; two rotary lock ingot pieces are rotatably arranged on the fixed lock ingot seat, and when the rotary lock ingot pieces are perpendicular to the fixed lock ingot seat, the two rotary lock ingot pieces can bear a pull rod; the positioning piece is arranged on the fixed locking seat and can be connected with the rotary locking piece, so that the rotary locking piece is switched between the locking state and the unlocking state.
