Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses high-wear-resistance high-carbon high-manganese steel and a production method thereof. The high-wear-resistance high-carbon high-manganese steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.92-1.05% of C, 0.37-0.45% of Si, 12.0-13.5% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.020% of P, less than or equal to 0.003% of S, 0.03-0.05% of ALs and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The production process comprises the steps of KR molten iron desulphurization, converter smelting, argon blowing, LF refining, continuous casting blank forming and hot rolling. Top-bottom combined blowing converter smelting, LF external refining furnace steelmaking and full continuous casting are adopted for the first time to produce the wide-specification plate blank, and the width of the wide-specification plate blank can reach 2.0-2.1 m.
