Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a nickel-based oxide dispersion strengthened alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The alloy material is prepared by mixing two kinds of nickel-based alloy powder with different melting points. The high-melting-point alloy powder comprises, by weight, 74.1%-77.1% of nickel, 20% of chromium, 0.5%-2% of titanium, 0.5%-2% of niobium, 1% of iron, 0.3% of aluminum and 0.6% of nanometer yttrium oxide. The low-melting-point alloy powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 77.6 to 79.6 percent of nickel, 20 percent of chromium, 6 to 8 percent of zirconium, 2 percent of boron, 1 percent of iron, 0.5 percent of titanium, 0.3 percent of aluminum and 0.6 percent of nano yttrium oxide; and the mass ratio of the low-melting-point alloy powder in the mixed powder is 1-3%. According to the method, the alloy powder with the high melting point and the alloy powder with the low melting point are subjected to spark plasma sintering, isothermal solidification is achieved
