The gem-difluoro allene compound is used as a reaction substrate, triethyl silicon boric acid ester is used as a silicon source, ferric salt is used as a catalyst, and the gem-difluoro allene compound is catalyzed and activated in the presence of alkali, a ligand and an organic solvent. According to the method, the selective double-silylation reaction of the gem-difluoro allene compound is realized through iron catalytic activation, and the method is simple and convenient to operate, safe, reliable and broad in spectrum.
