A 1-(pyridine-2-yl) indole compound is used as a reaction substrate, DMSO-d6 is used as a trideuterium methylation reagent and solvent, Cu (OAc) 2 is used as a catalyst, tert-butyl peroxybenzoate is used as an oxidizing agent, 1, 3-bis (diphenylphosphine) propane is used as a ligand, a trideuterium methylation reaction is carried out on the C2 site of the 1-(pyridine-2-yl) indole compound, and the 1-(pyridine-2-yl) indole compound is obtained.
