The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a supersaturated NTO suspension and a nano Al2O3 dispersion liquid in proportion, and then, carrying out ultrasonic mixing under the heating action to obtain the Al2O3/NTO acid-inhibiting heat-conducting composite insensitive energetic material with the micro-nano structure.
