Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a crack-control high-impermeability concrete shield segment and a manufacturing method thereof.The concrete shield segment comprises composite fiber concrete and a reinforcement cage, and each cubic meter of the composite fiber concrete comprises 320-450 kg of cement, 140-170 kg of water, 1000-1250 kg of coarse aggregate, 550-750 kg of fine aggregate, 60-90 kg of mineral powder and fly ash, 25-80 kg of steel fibers and 0.9-3.0 kg of synthetic fibers; the cement-based composite material comprises a cementing material and further comprises a water reducing agent, a corrosion inhibitor and a hydrophobic admixture, the amount of the water reducing agent is 0.5%-2% of the mass of the cementing material, the amount of the corrosion inhibitor is 2%-5% of the mass of the cementing material, and the cementing material comprises cement, mineral powder and fly ash.
