The hydrogel composite scaffold is mainly prepared by compounding double-layer hydroxyethyl cellulose/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber with carboxymethyl chitosan/soybean protein hydrogel, and the double-layer hydroxyethyl cellulose/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber is divided into a double-layer structure of an arrangement layer and a random layer.
