Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of baicalin as an STING signal channel inhibitor in preparation of drugs for treating acute lung injury, and finds that LPS can improve STING expression and increase phosphorylation of IRF3, NF-kappa BP65 and Ikappa B alpha, which indicates that the STING signal channel participates in LPS-induced acute lung injury. Meanwhile, the baicalin is found to be capable of inhibiting protein expression of STING in lung tissues and inhibiting phosphorylation of downstream proteins; the effect of the baicalin on the aspect of preventing the acute lung injury is further researched on STINGKO mice. A result shows that compared with a wild type mouse, the STINGKO mouse has obviously lower lung tissue injury and inflammatory factor level. The result shows that the STING plays an important role in an acute lung injury disease model induced by the LPS. The results indicate that the baicalin can play a role in resisting the acute lung injury by inhibiting the STING signal channel.
