Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of a hypoallergenic milk-derived protein base material, and relates to the technical field of milk product processing. The preparation method of the milk-derived protein base material comprises the following steps: (1) preheating fresh cow milk, adding protease accounting for 0.1-0.4% of the weight of the fresh cow milk, vitamin B1 accounting for 0.02-0.05% of the weight of the fresh cow milk and catechin accounting for 0.02-0.08% of the weight of the fresh cow milk, carrying out constant-temperature oscillation enzymolysis for 60-80 minutes, and then carrying out enzyme deactivation treatment to obtain a first treatment solution; (2) preheating the first treatment liquid, adding an aspergillus oryzae extract which accounts for 2-8% of the weight of the first treatment liquid, uniformly mixing and stirring, carrying out constant-temperature water bath for 4-7 hours, and then carrying out enzyme deactivation treatment to obtain a second treatment liquid; and (3) car
