Zusammenfassung:Aspects of the present disclosure include a system for transporting liquid from a chamber into one or more collection containers. The system can be a semi-automatic system or a full-automatic system. The system may be installed in a sample preparation device, such as a cylindrical cartridge. The system includes a plunger chamber that generates a negative pressure to fill the one or more collection containers. The plunger chamber can be activated using a pivotable lock arm and a trigger coupled to the lock arm.
