The adaptive method comprises the following steps: establishing a mapping relationship between network label information of a network capable of being connected with a terminal and the network security control strategy; acquiring network label information of a network currently connected with the terminal; judging whether the network environment of the network connected with the terminal is dynamically changed or not; and if yes, switching the current terminal to a corresponding network security management and control strategy according to the mapping relation.
