Zusammenfassung: | According to the low-loss high-efficiency power converter, a low-end active clamping circuit is adopted by a primary side, and a synchronous rectification circuit is adopted by a secondary side; a clamping branch in the low-end active clamping circuit is formed by connecting an auxiliary switch tube VT2 and a clamping capacitor Cc in series and is connected to the two sides of a drain electrode and a source electrode of the power main switch tube VT1 in parallel. The auxiliary switch tube VT2 is an MOSFET of a P channel. The drive circuit of the auxiliary switch tube VT2 is a level shift circuit composed of a resistor, a capacitor and a diode. The forward synchronous rectification circuit comprises a plurality of MOSFETs which are connected in parallel. The circuit structure is simple, a low-loss and high-efficiency power conversion technology is adopted, and the overall efficiency of the power module is improved.
