Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cell and a preparation method of the carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cell. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially forming a titanium dioxide compact layer, a titanium dioxide skeleton layer, a perovskite light absorption layer, an inorganic hole transport layer and a carbon electrode on the surface of FTO conductive glass to obtain a carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cell; the perovskite light absorption layer is a CsPbBr3 perovskite layer; and the inorganic hole transport layer is a Co3O4 hole transport layer.
