Zusammenfassung: | According to the 27MnTiB high-strength wear-resistant steel plate and the production method thereof, a reasonable controlled rolling and controlled cooling process is adopted, online quenching, stacking slow cooling and rapid low-temperature tempering are matched, the 27MnTiB steel obtains high hardness and strength and also obtains high impact toughness, the requirements of the high-strength wear-resistant steel are directly met, the yield strength of the 27MnTiB steel plate is larger than or equal to 1500 MPa, the tensile strength of the 27MnTiB steel plate is larger than or equal to 1650 MPa, the ductility of the 27MnTiB steel plate is larger than or equal to 9%, and the tensile strength of the 27MnTiB steel plate is larger than or equal to 90%. The impact energy is larger than or equal to 60 J, the hardness is larger than or equal to 450 HB, meanwhile, the machining and manufacturing process is simplified, and the machining cost is reduced.
