Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides saRNA (Ribonucleic Acid) for activating CDH13 gene expression and an application of the saRNA. According to the invention, four cell strains are selected from a leukemia cell line, and saRNAs sequences capable of effectively up-regulating CDH13-mRNA and protein expression are screened on the four cells. In the invention, after the CDH13saRNAs are transfected, the up-regulation multiple of CDH13mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) is 1.53 to 2.37 times. The difference of induction effects may be related to the complexity of target gene promoter elements, cell types and transfection reagents. After the expression of CDH13 is up-regulated successfully, the relative activity and cell proliferation ability of K562, KCL22, KU812 and NB4 cells can be inhibited. Experimental results prove that after overexpression of the gene, proliferation of cancer cells can be inhibited, so that the progress of diseases is hindered.
