Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of silica gel, and particularly discloses bi-component silica gel for an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator) and a preparation method of the bi-component silica gel. The bi-component silica gel for the IGBT comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: a component A comprising 98-100 parts of vinyl silicone oil and 0.1-2 parts of a catalyst; the component B is prepared from 40-50 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 35-45 parts of modified MQ silicon resin, 0.05-2 parts of side hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 0.01-0.2 part of an inhibitor. The silica gel disclosed by the invention is soft and elastic and has relatively excellent heat resistance, shock absorption and insulating properties.
