Sludge carbonization treatment process

The invention relates to the technical field of sludge treatment, in particular to a sludge carbonization treatment process. The carbonization treatment process comprises the following steps: (a) preparing sludge, namely primarily treating sludge with different water contents to change the water content of the sludge, and conveying the sludge to a sludge bin for storing the sludge for later use; (b) a sludge carbonization pretreatment step: conveying the sludge in the sludge bin into sludge carbonization equipment, and carrying out heating treatment before sludge carbonization; (c) a sludge carbonization step: performing carbonization treatment on the sludge at different temperatures according to production requirements; and (d) a sludge carbonization waste collection step: recycling and retreating the waste separated in the sludge preparation and carbonization process. The sludge is carbonized through the treatment process to obtain harmless carbon particles, the harmless carbon particles can be used for pro
