The sheet machining and forming equipment comprises a feeding assembly, a forming assembly, a discharging assembly and a material moving robot. The feeding assembly is used for stacking and feeding of the sheets. The forming assembly is used for forming sheets and is provided with a pushing mechanism, and the pushing mechanism is used for separating the sheets from the upper die; the discharging assembly is used for discharging the formed sheets, and the material moving robot is used for transferring the sheets between the feeding assembly and the forming assembly.
