According to the method, CFD computer flow field simulation and industrial design are utilized, a flow field in the gradient filtration catalytic reactor is designed and predicted, an established original model and an optimized model are simulated respectively, then simulation results of each group are compared and analyzed, the flue gas SCR denitration reactor is transformed according to analysis results, and the flow field in the gradient filtration catalytic reactor is predicted. Therefore, the bias flow phenomenon when the flue gas enters through the flue is improved, and the problem is solved.
