Zusammenfassung:The present technology pertains to an imaging device and an electronic apparatus, each of which is capable of expanding the dynamic range without reducing the amount of saturated charge of a photodiode. A photoelectric conversion unit that converts light into electric charges, a plurality of storage sections that temporarily store the electric charges, a plurality of transfer units that transfer the electric charges to the storage sections, and a through trench that separates pixels are provided. At least one of the plurality of memory units is a capacitive element. At least one of the plurality of storage units stores the charge overflowed from the photoelectric conversion unit.
