The control member (30) includes a substrate (31) and a protruding portion (32), and controls the amount of ventilation between adjacent fins (22). At least one of the fins (22) has a fastening hole (222) including a small-diameter portion (222b). The substrate (31) has a through hole (311). A shaft part (42) of the fastening member (40) penetrates through the small-diameter part (222b) and the through hole (311).
