Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for adsorbing phospholipids in urine and a method for preparing a PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane)-TiO2 film. The method for adsorbing phospholipids in urine disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: providing the PDMS-TiO2 film; carrying out adsorption treatment on the urine which is adjusted to be acidic by using the PDMS-TiO2 thin film, so as to obtain a PDMS-TiO2 thin film after adsorption; carrying out elution treatment on the PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane)-TiO2 thin film subjected to adsorption by adopting an alkaline eluent, so as to obtain an eluted component; the eluted component contains the phospholipid which is adsorbed from the urine. The preparation method of the PDMS-TiO2 thin film disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is simple in steps and low in cost; and the method for adsorbing the phospholipid in the urine disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the characteristics of simplicity and efficient adso
