Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a rapid detection and grading method and device for thermal deformation resistance of floors. Floor grades are divided based on floor thermal deformation standard parameters; placing a sample, moving the transverse distance sensor and the longitudinal distance sensor to a detection position, and starting detection to obtain an initial distance between the sensors and the sample; according to detection requirements, driving a heater to enable the temperature in the detection device to rise to a preset value and then keep the temperature; reading the distance between the deformed sample and the sensor, calculating floor thermal deformation actual data, and matching the floor thermal deformation actual data with floor thermal deformation standard parameters to obtain the grade of the sample floor; after the detection is finished, opening the exhaust hole to recover the room temperature of the sample.
