Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a gene OsBDG1 related to rice stress resistance and application of a coding protein of the gene OsBDG1. The application is to improve plant stress resistance. The invention relates to an OsBDG1 gene which is separated and cloned from a rice DNA fragment and is related to rice stress resistance. According to the present invention, the protein encoded by the gene is rich in leucine-rich repeat (LRRS) sequences, and belongs to brassinolide insensitive related receptor protein kinase; the OsBDG1 gene is obviously induced to express by drought (PEG), cold, heat, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), salt and abscisic acid (ABA). After the OsBDG1 is knocked out through a CRISPR/Cas9 technology, the peroxidation stress resistance of the rice in the seedling stage can be improved, and the OsBDG1 is related to the stress resistance of the rice. The rice gene provided by the invention has obvious response to stress, and can be applied to plant stress-resistant breeding to improve the stress resistance of pl
