BJ1 provided by the invention can significantly promote synthesis and accumulation of polysaccharide components of rhizoma bletillae, is an alternative strain of a bacterial fertilizer special for cultivation of rhizoma bletillae, and has a good application prospect. 本发明涉及微生物技术领域，具体涉及一种胶膜菌属真菌在促进白及中多糖的合成和/或积累中的应用。本发明所述的胶膜菌属(Tulasnella sp.)BJ1能够显著促进白及多糖成分的合成与积累，是白及栽培专用菌肥的备选菌株，具有较好的应用前景。
