The composite material for wrapping the battery comprises a conductive shielding layer, a first conductive and heat-conducting layer, a heat-conducting layer, a second conductive and heat-conducting glue layer and a release film layer, the electricity-conducting and heat-conducting adhesive layer is prepared by curing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of acrylic resin, 10-20 parts of amino organic silicon resin, 6-12 parts of methyl vinyl MQ silicon resin, 20-40 parts of a solvent, 35-55 parts of a filler, 3-8 parts of a crosslinking curing agent and 1-3 parts of an antioxidant; the filler comprises aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and nickel powder in a dosage ratio of 1: (0.6-0.7): (0.3-0.4); the preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding the heat-conducting layer with the conductive shielding layer; the conducti |
