Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention provides a direct aluminum-coated ceramic substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a ceramic substrate; forming an inorganic substance layer on the surface of the ceramic substrate; forming an aluminum foil layer on the inorganic substance layer; and treating the aluminum foil layer and the inorganic substance layer to form a eutectic phase on the surface of the ceramic substrate. The eutectic phase is generated on the surface of the ceramic substrate, so that the shear strength and thermal shock impact resistance of the ceramic substrate are improved.
