Direct aluminized ceramic substrate and manufacturing method thereof

The embodiment of the invention provides a direct aluminum-coated ceramic substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a ceramic substrate; forming an inorganic substance layer on the surface of the ceramic substrate; forming an aluminum foil layer on the inorganic substance layer; and treating the aluminum foil layer and the inorganic substance layer to form a eutectic phase on the surface of the ceramic substrate.
