The concentration of type I collagen in the collagen is 90% or above; the polymer viscous aqueous solution comprises a glucan aqueous solution and/or a pullulan aqueous solution; the concentration of the glucan aqueous solution is 15%-45%, and the number-average molecular weight of glucan is 80,000-1,200,000; the concentration of the pullulan aqueous solution is 2-8%, and the number-average molecular weight of the pullulan is 100,000-600,000; the concentration of the glutaraldehyde aqueous solution is 0.05%-0.5%.
