Provided is an ophthalmic microscope capable of acquiring an observation image corresponding to an object and purpose of observation by a subject's eye and a dominant eye of a subject. An ophthalmic microscope is provided with: an observation system for observing an eye to be examined, the observation system having an objective lens and a pair of observation optical paths; an imaging system capable of stereoscopically imaging the observation light of the eye to be examined for each observation light path; and a mode switching unit capable of selectively switching among a first mode in which a first image obtained by stereoscopically imaging observation light from both sides of the observation light path by the imaging system is acquired, a second mode in which a second image obtained by stereoscopically imaging observation light from both sides of the observation light path by the imaging system is acquired, and a third mode in which the first image is acquired by stereoscopically imaging observation light fr
