Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-strength anti-aging PP-R composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials. The high-strength anti-aging PP-R composite material disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a lignin grafted PP-R material PPR-g-MAH-Lignin and 10 to 35 parts of glass fibers. The high-strength anti-aging PP-R composite material has good strength performance and ultraviolet aging resistance, the retention rate of the strength performance after ultraviolet aging for 500 h is 98.5% or above, and the high-strength anti-aging PP-R composite material can be widely applied to preparation of water supply PP-R pipes. 本发明公开了一种高强度耐老化PP-R复合材料及制备方法和应用,涉及高分子材料技术领域。本发明的高强度耐老化PP-R复合材料,包括如下质量份的组分:木质素接枝PP-R材料PPR-g-MAH-Lignin100份、玻璃纤维10~35份。本发明的高强度耐老化PP-R复合材料具有良好的强度性能和抗紫外老化性能,紫外老化500h后强度性能的保持率均在98.5%以上,可广泛应用于供水PP-R管的制备。
