Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a plasma incinerator temperature control system and method based on model predictive control. The system comprises a model predictive control module, a chromatographic thermodetector and a plasma torch. The model prediction control module is used for constructing a prediction model and obtaining the control output quantity of the plasma incineration hearth temperature based on the prediction model; the chromatographic thermodetector is used for measuring the temperature value of the plasma incineration hearth and transmitting the temperature value back to the model prediction control module; the model prediction control module is further used for correcting the control output quantity based on the temperature value to obtain the prediction output of the plasma incineration hearth temperature at the next moment; and the plasma torch controls the opening degree based on the control output quantity to complete temperature control.
