The dual-gate display panel comprises a substrate; the grid layer at least partially covers the substrate; a silicon layer covering the gate layer; the pixel electrode layer is arranged on the upper layer of the gate layer and the silicon layer; the heating layer is arranged on the same layer as the pixel electrode layer or arranged on the upper layer of the pixel electrode layer and does not correspond to the pixel electrode layer; the source and drain electrode layer is arranged on the same layer as the pixel electrode layer or arranged on the upper layer of the pixel electrode layer and does not correspond to the pixel electrode layer and the heating layer; the insulating layer covers the source and drain electrode layer; and the common electrode layer at least partially covers the insulating layer.
