An excess acid feeder isarranged between feed controller and stirrer. A propulsion-type centrifuge is between stirrer and conveying belt. A direct-heating hot blast heater is between spiral duster and baker or rubbing unit for burning off waste linter. Its advantages include reasonable structure, high reliability and the ability to reduce the cost of processing cotton seeds and improve the quality of cotton seeds.
