Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a colorimetric detection method for food-borne pathogenic bacteria based on magnetic separation and nano-enzyme catalysis of Fe3O4 (at) MIL-100 (Fe). The colorimetric detection method mainly comprises the following steps: preparing a Fe3O4 (at) MIL-100 (Fe) material by a solvothermal method and an in-situ growth method, modifying the material by using an aptamer to prepare a Fe3O4 (at) MIL-100 (Fe) aptamer, and realizing capture and magnetic separation of the food-borne pathogenic bacteria. The food-borne pathogenic bacteria are rapidly detected by using the nano-enzyme catalytic activity of the Fe3O4-MIL-100 (Fe) aptamer and using TMB as a substrate to catalyze and generate a product. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high detection sensitivity, strong specificity, short time consumption and the like, and is suitable for rapid detection of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in food samples.
