Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting penthiopyrad and metabolite thereof in animal-derived food, which comprises the following steps: S1, extraction: uniformly mixing an animal-derived food sample with an extraction solvent, then adding a dewatering agent and buffer salt, uniformly mixing, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain an extracting solution; s2, purification: uniformly mixing the extracting solution in the step S1 with a purifying agent and a dewatering agent, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a purified solution; s3, detecting: detecting and analyzing the purified liquid obtained in the step S2 by adopting a liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer; the animal-derived food is one or more of livestock meat, aquatic products, fat, liver, eggs, raw milk or casings.
