The sealing device comprises a first structure, a second structure, a precision pin gauge, a first base, a second base, a sleeve, a sample, a sample loading tool sample guide rod, a rotor driving cap and a manual precision bench clamp. According to the sealing method, the sealing gasket with the proper thickness is pressed on the inner wall of the rotor by centrifugal force at the high rotating speed, and gaps between the bottom caps/driving caps at the two ends of the rotor and the inner wall of the rotor are sealed, so that contact between external air and sample powder is blocked. According to the invention, the stability of the sample in the sampling process is greatly improved, and the collection of the high-resolution solid nuclear magnetic spectrogram at a high rotating speed is realized.
