Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for accelerating determination of silicon content in pig iron, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a to-be-determined pig iron sample by using single dilute nitric acid, directly adding an alkaline ammonium molybdate solution while hot to generate silicomolybdenum yellow, and obtaining the silicon content of the to-be-determined pig iron sample by adopting a ferrous reduction-silicomolybdenum blue spectrophotometric method, so that the use of sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide can be avoided; particularly, the complicated process and time cost of melting the sample by using the mixed flux are avoided, the result of one sample can be obtained within 5 minutes instead of at least 3 hours in the traditional method, and data support is provided for improving timely and accurate control of product components of companies. 一种加快测定生铁中硅含量的方法,通过使用单一稀硝酸溶解待测生铁样品试料后直接趁热加入碱性钼酸铵溶液以生成硅钼黄后,采用亚铁还原-硅钼蓝分光光度法得出待测生铁样品的硅含量,能够避免使用硫酸、高锰酸钾、过氯化氢,特别是避免混合熔剂熔融试样的繁杂过程及其
