Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for evaluating dispersibility of conductive carbon black in a high-voltage cable semi-conductive shielding material. The method comprises the following steps: mixing matrix resin and conductive carbon black, carrying out single-screw extrusion, recording an initial torque TL and a stable torque TM in the extrusion process, and calculating a dispersion index X through a formula # imgabs0 #; the smaller the dispersion index X is, the better the dispersity of the conductive carbon black in the high-voltage cable semi-conductive shielding material is. According to the method, the dispersion index is calculated through the torque value, the dispersion of the conductive carbon black in the high-voltage cable semi-conductive shielding material can be efficiently and accurately evaluated, the limitation of a conventional single surface roughness degree criterion is overcome by introducing the dispersion index criterion, the evaluation process is objective and accurate and has practical
