Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel bearing steel material for a wind turbine generator and a manufacturing method of the novel bearing steel material. The novel bearing steel material comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.93-1.05% of C, 0.20-0.40% of Si, 0.60-0.80% of Mn, 1.65-1.95% of Cr, 0.10-0.25% of Ni, 0.20-0.35% of Mo, 0.05-0.10% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.010% of P, less than or equal to 0.010% of S, less than or equal to 0.050% of Al, less than or equal to 0.0005% of Ca, less than or equal to 0.0010% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.0008% of O and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The hardenability, corrosion resistance, toughness, corrosion stability and other properties of steel are improved by improving the Cr content range and adding a certain amount of Ni and Cu elements, and the content of phosphorus, sulfur, titanium and oxygen elements in material components is lower than that of a conventional bearing steel material design, so that the material purity |
