Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a rice OsSAFM10 gene or a protein coded by the rice OsSAFM10 gene to improvement of rice blast resistance of rice, and relates to the technical field of rice blast prevention and control. Researches show that the protein coded by the rice gene OsSAFM10 can be used as a medicament for preventing and treating rice blast. The OsSAFM10 protein has an obvious inhibition effect on magnaporthe oryzae appressorium, when the concentration of the OsSAFM10 is 0.05 mu g/mu L, the spore germination rate of the magnaporthe oryzae is 74.66%, and when the concentration of the OsSAFM10 reaches 0.1 mu g/mu L, the spore germination rate of the magnaporthe oryzae is 61.33%. Therefore, the protein coded by the rice gene OsSAFM10 can be used for improving the resistance of rice to the rice blast bacteria.
