Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides enzymatic hydrolysate for separating larvae of root-knot nematodes in a parasitic period and a separation method of the enzymatic hydrolysate, and relates to the field of separation and acquisition of plant parasitic nematodes. The enzymatic hydrolysate is prepared from a citric acid buffer solution, cellulase R-10, macerozyme R-10 and pectinase. Mixing a plant root system with a root knot symptom with the enzymatic hydrolysate, and oscillating to obtain an oscillated substance; the oscillators obtained in the step 1) are sequentially sieved by mesh screens of 60 meshes, 100 meshes and 400 meshes, and oversize products are obtained; suspending the obtained oversize product through a sucrose solution, adding a layer of water on the suspended matter, and centrifuging to obtain the parasitic larvae of the root-knot nematode.
