Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for enhancing the dynamic response performance of a dielectric elastomer through a three-layer film structure. The dielectric elastomer with the three-layer film structure comprises a substrate layer and optimization layers coated on two surfaces of the substrate layer, coating of the optimization layer comprises the steps that S1, the base layer is fixed to the annular frame, liquid silicone rubber is arranged on one face of the base layer in a blade coating mode and naturally leveled, and the optimization layer is formed on the surface of the base layer after a high-temperature cross-linking reaction; and S2, the step S1 is repeated, and coating of the optimization layer on the other side of the substrate layer is completed.
