Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a wheat gene TraesCS3B23 related to Heterodera filipjevi infection, a coding protein and an application of the wheat gene TraesCS3B23. The amino acid sequence of the wheat TraesCS3B23 protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and the gene sequence for coding the protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The function of the TraesCS3B23 gene is analyzed by utilizing a VIGS silencing technology, the gene has obvious influence on the pathogenicity of nematodes after being silenced, and the number of white female nematodes of Heterodera filipjevi at the root of wheat is obviously lower than that of a control group. Test results show that the resistance of the wheat to the heterodera filipjevi can be improved by reducing the expression of the protein in the wheat. It is proved that the gene plays an important role in the parasitism process of Heterodera filipjevi, and can be used as a target gene of anti-nematode engineering.
