Comprising the following steps: (1) crushing camellia seed meal, adding into petroleum ether, heating, refluxing, degreasing, filtering, washing and drying to obtain degreased camellia seed meal powder; (2) adding the degreased camellia seed meal powder into water, adding a compound enzyme for enzymolysis, and performing enzyme deactivation and drying to obtain an enzymolysis product; and (3) adding the enzymatic hydrolysate into an ionic liquid-ethanol-water solution, carrying out ultrahigh pressure extraction, filtering, concentrating filtrate, dissolving with 70-80wt% ethanol, concentrating, adding acetone, filtering, drying, dissolving in 90-95wt% ethanol, and purifying with macroporous resin to obtain the tea saponin.
