Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of a gradient ceramic modified C/C composite sharp leading edge, which comprises the following steps: placing a graphite mold in a graphite crucible, and adding Zr-S i alloy powder infiltration powder into an inner cavity of the graphite mold; the low-density C/C composite material sharp front edge is inserted into an inner cavity of a graphite mold through a hole groove in the top of the graphite mold, the top of the front edge is embedded into the infiltration powder, and the hole groove is filled with graphite paper to fix the front edge; placing the sealed graphite crucible in a high-temperature heat treatment furnace, heating to 1600-2100 DEG C at a speed of 3-10 DEG C/min in a vacuum environment, keeping the temperature for 30-120 min, cooling to room temperature along with the furnace, and taking out to obtain the gradient ceramic modified C/C composite sharp leading edge. According to the method, gradient distribution of ceramic content and components from
