The method comprises the following steps: weaving polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers into one-way carbon fiber cloth used in the circumferential direction, and mixing and weaving the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers and mesophase pitch-based carbon fibers into one-way carbon fiber cloth used in the height direction; one-way carbon fiber cloth in two directions is alternately laid on the surface of the tool, and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber and mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber mixed fiber bundles are adopted for treatment in the wall thickness direction; preparing a carbon interface layer through chemical vapor deposition, and graphitizing to obtain a carbon fiber intermediate blank; and enabling the ceramic precursor solution to react with the carbon fiber intermediate green body by adopting a precursor impreg |
