Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of material science and engineering, and discloses a preparation method of a manganese and bismuth co-doped barium strontium titanate ceramic material with high dielectric property. Titanium tetrachloride, barium chloride, strontium chloride, oxalic acid, manganese oxide and bismuth oxide react by adopting a liquid phase method to obtain uniform barium strontium titanate powder. Co-doping is selected in the aspect of doping, and preparation of barium strontium titanate through co-doping of manganese and bismuth is a first case. The preparation method prominently shows that the barium strontium titanate powder prepared by the reaction is smaller in particle size, uniform and free of agglomeration, and has the characteristics of high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss.
