Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an elevator brake resistor fault intelligent monitoring device which comprises a brake resistor metal tube, a thermocouple, a precision thermocouple digital converter, a master control MCU chip and a cooling fan. The thermocouple is installed on the brake resistor metal tube so as to collect the temperature of a brake resistor and convert a temperature signal into an electric signal; an electric signal is further processed through the precision thermocouple digital converter and transmitted to the master control MCU chip, the master control MCU chip is programmed, the PWM duty ratio is adjusted according to different temperatures, PWM waves are output, the fan current is adjusted through the optocoupler control circuit, and therefore the rotating speed of the cooling fan is controlled, and heat dissipation is conducted on the brake resistor.
